We source our coffee from Micro Lots around lake Atitlan. In San Marcos La Laguna we process from the fresh harvested cherry to green coffee in our own beneficio. Our coffee is always freshly roasted, all year around.

Raspberry JamOur newest recipe is a raspberry jam made with fruit grown by Proyecto Paraíso, a regenerative farm working to bring life back to degraded lands on the southern coast of Guatemala. Their organic raspberries are grown with deep respect for the soil and biodiversity, giving this low-sugar jam its bright tartness and natural sweetness. We’re proud to collaborate with a project that works with nature, not against her.
