All you need to do to make the most of Tahini Aljana® is to mix it with an equal amount of cold water, a pinch of salt, and a little lemon juice. Play with the quantities to achieve the perfect taste and texture. To make it more interesting, you can add basically anything: for a green tahini with fresh herbs, add parsley, for added flavor, include garlic, or try cumin or paprika.
You can also mix in roasted peppers or beets for different flavors and colors. Tahini dressing pairs well with a wide variety of dishes. It is most commonly known as an essential addition to falafel. Use it on roasted potatoes or other vegetables or alongside any rice dish.
If your goal is to use the dressing on a fresh salad, we recommend adding olive oil and making the dressing a bit more liquid.
