Gado Gado is a national dish of Indonesia, and all the elements should be prepared separately and served on a plate with a separate dipping sauce:
- Fry tempeh or tofu in soy sauce and sesame oil.
- Steam spinach and green beans with garlic.
- Thick slices of tomato and cucumber.
- Sliced hard-boiled eggs.
- Crispy fried onions or shallots.
For the sauce, mix one tablespoon of Aljana Peanut Butter, one teaspoon of curry paste, one tablespoon of coconut milk, a teaspoon of chili and garlic sauce, one tablespoon of lime juice, one teaspoon of Aljana honey, and a teaspoon of soy sauce.
Serve with sesame seeds and fresh bean sprouts.
