Fry in a pan: 1/2 chopped onion and 2 cloves of garlic in a tablespoon of butter. Add 1.5 tablespoons of Aljana Peanut Butter, a teaspoon of soy sauce, 2/3 cup of milk, 1 tablespoon of flour, and 1/4 cup of sliced mushrooms of your choice. Season with salt, pepper, cumin, thyme, and rosemary. Fry until you reach the desired consistency.

Blend in a powerful blender, return to the pan, and cook with another 1/4 cup of sliced mushrooms.

Serve over mashed potatoes and garnish with green onion, fresh rosemary, or chopped parsley. Add a selection of steamed vegetables and/or meat as a side dish.
